Description:

SikaRoof® Adhesive C-500 is a 1-part, polyurethane based, moisture-curing adhesive. Used for bonding of rolls of the Sika RoofPro PVC Adhered membrane with fleece back to roof substrates and glass-tissue PIR insulation.

Bonding substrates can be typically, Concrete, lightweight concrete, Oriented fibre strand boards, Plywood panels, Fibre cement boards, Metal, Sanded/chipped or aged bitumen, PIR insulation boards with lamination (glass or mineral fibre fleece)

 APPLICATION

Ambient Air Temperature:

+5 °C min

 Substrate Temperature:

+5 °C min

 Setting Time:

~20 minutes at +20 °C.  At the minimum application temperature and low relative humidity the setting time can be prolonged.

Hardening time ~1–5 hours. Final strength is achieved after ~1 week. All these times can be affected by ambient conditions.

Storage Conditions:

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between + 5 °C and + 25 °C. Always refer to packaging.
